Wine Making Notes

 Each parcel of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon was fermented in stainless steels tanks at low temperatures to retain the freshness of purity of the fruit. The juice was inoculated with individual strains of yeast to add wine structure, mouth feel and complexity. 


Nose

Lifted fruit characters of lemongrass, melons and white nectarine finishing with beautiful aromas of white florals. 


Palate

This wine is crisp with bright acidity, lemongrass and limes which is complemented by juicy guavas and honeydew melons. 


Allergens

Fined with the aid of fish and milk products, traces may remain. 


Food Pairing

This versatile wine pairs well with salads, poached chicken, white fish as well as prawns, scallops or even mild vegetable curry.
