Wine Making Notes

 The cool juice was crushed, pressed and clarified, into stainless steel tanks and fermented using an aromatic yeast strain, to assist in the release of tropical and herbal flavours, during fermentation. The wine was lightly fined, stabilised, and filtered, for early release. 


Nose

 Lovely aromas of tropical fruits and hint of musk. Vibrant snow pea, passionfruit, cucumber and lantana. 


Palate

Extremely refreshing with great intensity and balance. Flavours of ripe tropical fruits combined with herbaceous varietal characters. Bright racy acidity drives the style and flavours which finish crisp and dry. 


Allergens

 Contains sulphites. Fined with the aid of fish and milk products, traces may remain 


Food Pairing

 Serve this wine slightly chilled with soft cheese, various leafy green salads, seafood or white meats.
